I am thrilled to announce the first ever Sumo Stomp! giveaway.

At the end of the Kyushu basho I am going to giveaway an authentic ozeki Takakeisho tegata. This amazing artifact is being supplied by Tegata Store. Tegata Store will send the tegata out to anyone in the world and will cover the costs of shipping.

Time to figure out which wrestler will be the subject of a deep dive once the dust has settled on our last basho of 2024. Last time I covered Tamawashi and had a lot of fun digging into his nodowa.

This time around I’ve put five guys on the poll who I’m interested in tracking. These are also guys who have never had a spotlight post on here before.
